Elevate, the company’s Business Intelligence solution for payments and chargebacks, translates payment data into visual, interactive dashboards, allowing merchants to identify and act on trends, problems and opportunities for improvement.
Elevate presents data visualized in dashboards that are interactive, which allows merchants to easily and intuitively “(re)order and drill-down into the data to create real insights.” According to the company, the dashboards are ideal for both senior level managers (who often require a comprehensive and visual overview of business) and payment and fraud managers (whose insights depend on precise details when identifying issues and opportunities for improvement).
The company says the Elevate solution was a response to the challenge international merchants faced trying to derive strategic value from the large volumes of unorganized payments data. Elevate turns raw data into a strategic asset, providing merchants with insights that lead to increased conversions and fewer chargebacks.
The company highlights one pilot merchant in particular that reported a 95 percent reduction in drop-off rates and increased revenue by EUR 2.5 million using the solution.
