SignatureLink Appoints Wooten CEO

SignatureLink Inc. has appointment of Greg Wooten as the company’s new CEO and director. Wooten is currently CEO and chairman of payments processor USDT Corporation. USDT and SignatureLink worked together in the past to pioneer what they call the first ever friendly fraud solution (SignatureLink CNPS and TransExam Chargeback Management System). “Our board of directors decided it was time to take our partnership between USDT Corporation and SignatureLink, to the next level,” said Ernie Coward, chairman of SignatureLink. “It was a strategic business decision, as Mr. Wooten is a recognized e-commerce industry leader, professional speaker and emerging technologies pioneer. Greg brings the strategic focus and mature business judgment SignatureLink needs to lead the company to the next level.” Wooten has served as director, vice president, president and CEO at a variety of companies specializing in e-commerce, business process automation/operational management, finance, compliance/risk management and sales/ marketing management.
