Finicity Launches Mobile Bill Pay Solution

Aug. 2, 2012

A Utah-based bill pay technology provider yesterday launched a mobile service for iOS devices it says delivers more flexibility to consumers than other bill pay solutions. Finicity says its Mvelopes Mobile Bill Pay—like the online version that has been available for nearly a decade—enables users to manage their household budgets and pay bills from multiple accounts, even those held at different banks.

“Many Americans bank at more than one financial institution, and for various reasons, want or need to pay bills and handle other household expenses from different accounts,” says David N. Smith, director of marketing for Finicity Corporation. “Our bill pay system lets you manage all of your payment and budgeting needs in a single, easy-to-use dashboard, eliminating bank-to-bank transfer fees or the need to run out, physically withdraw money from one bank and deposit it in the other.”
